Soul Camp weekly Schedule
Monday Grind Day: a strength & condition routine develp to burn in over 700 calories
Tuesday Bend Day: a stretchng routine to help with flexibilty & Injury prevention
Wednesday Win Day: a basketball workout that includes ball handling, conditon, & shooting tips the Righteous way
Thursday Grind Day: a basketball workout that emphasizing footwork includes speed and agility drills
Saturday Cycle Day: a conditioning workout to make you sweat to release endorphins be ready to have some fun
Sunday Love Day: a stretching workout to help the body recover feeling refreshed, limber, and recoverd
***All workouts are 30-45 mintues via Zoom
