Monday Grind Day: strength & condition full body routine develop to burn over 700 calories 6pm

Tuesday Bend Day: stretching routine to help with flexibilty & Injury prevention 7am

Wednesday Win Day: basketball workout that includes ball handling, & shooting tips the Righteous way (Kids) 6pm

Thursday Grind Day: basketball workout that emphasizing footwork, speed, and agility techniques  (Kids) 10 :30a

Saturday Cycle Day: conditioning workout to make you sweat, release some endorphins and have fun getting right 9a

Sunday Love Day: a stretching workout to help the body recover, feel refreshed, and light limber 7pm

All workouts are 30 minutes via Zoom
